*How many bottles in a case?
-There are twelve bottles of wine in a case.
*How long will it take for my wine to get to me?
-Our normal delivery is within two days.
*Why is it that we drink white cold and not red?
-The grape skin provides the color for red wine...it also provides tannins. Since tannins take on a pronounced bitter taste when chilled, normally, the colder a red wine the worse it tastes.
*What's a "varietal"?
-Varietal is the technical way of saying grape type, like Chardonnay, or Cabernet Sauvignon.
*What if there is a varietal I don't care for?
-Within reason, we can tailor your program so that you only receive the wines you like.
*Can I get all reds?
-Just let us know...all reds, all whites, whatever.
*Can I get more than two bottles a month?
-You can choose between two, four, six or twelve bottles monthly...all for the same delivery charge!

*What size are the bottles?

-25.6 ounces (750ml) the normal wine bottle
*How is wine delivered?
  - UPS does the delivery
*What are delivery charges?

-Two bottles to an office address $7.50, to a home, $8.50; Four to Six bottles to an office or home $9.00;  Seven to Twelve bottles to an office or home $14.00 for the 1st case, $12.00 each additional.

*Why does home delivery cost more than office?
-We are charged more for home delivery
*Will UPS leave the package without a signature?
-The state of Florida mandates that an adult sign for the delivery of any alcoholic beverage
*Does it have to be my signature?
-Any signature will do, as long as the signer is an adult. That's why office delivery is so convenient.
*How about a PO Box?

-It is illegal for any alcoholic beverage to enter the US Postal system. Pack- and-Ship PMB's are okay.
